ORDER UPDATES: Updates regarding the status of your order, including when your item(s) ship, will be sent to the email address provided.
REGISTERED CUSTOMERS: Please log in under my account to access your web order status and history.

Order Cancellation
You may cancel any CopperBeetle.com order if the order status is "in process." If your order status is "shipped," it cannot be cancelled.

Shipping Methods & Rates
Our goal is to process your order within 24 hours. Orders are shipped via UPS insured. Orders placed after 3 pm CST will be processed and shipped the following business day. We only ship Monday through Friday. We are unable to deliver to P.O. Boxes. Delivery charges to the Continental United States are as follows:

International Orders
We accept international orders and ship internationally via UPS Expedited. American Express is the card of choice for international orders. While Visa, MasterCard and Discover are accepted, copes of a valid photo ID and the front and back of the credit card used will be required sent via email. The shipping and billing address must be the same as well.

Embassy & Military Shipments
All orders shipped to embassies or military bases will be shipped via USPS Priority at a flat rate of $20.

Returns
Regular orders can be returned within 7 days of the date which the shipment is delivered. Online Trunk Show items can be returned within 7 days and are subject to a 15% restocking fee. Returns must be received in original packaging and with a copy of the receipt. Merchandise must be returned pre-paid and insured to Copper Beetle. We reserve the right to deny a full refund if merchandise is sent back in an unfavorable condition. Credit issued will not include original shipping charges. Free Ground Shipping offers are subject to a $14 restocking fee per shipment.



Special Orders
Please inquire about special orders (ring sizes, necklace lengths, etc.). Timing and pricing will vary by designer. Special orders can be cancelled only within 48 hours of being placed. Payment is required when order is placed. Special orders are non-returnable.
